White House Considers Civilian NSA Chief

President Obama is considering appointing a civilian to head up the NSA. Currently Keith Alexander, a United States Army veteran, is the NSA’s chief. Alexander is scheduled to resign in spring of 2014. The White House is reportedly compiling a list of potential civilians to take over after Alexander leaves the agency.
