Most people have a desire to be happy. That’s because being happy is the best thing ever. And the best thing is, its not very hard to be happy. Below I’ve compiled a few of my suggestions on how to be happier.
Becoming happy starts in the mind. You have the ability to think positively; so do it! Thinking positively can drastically change the way you look at life. Another thing that should help you be happier is to not take things too seriously—relax.

Depending on your personal situation, spending time with friends and family can be great. If you have few or no friends, you could make some new ones. A study in 2011 at Harvard researchers in American Sociological Review showed that people who attended church regularly reported greater life satisfaction than others who didn’t.
Although doing things like making new friends, going for a walk, or eating healthy might make you slightly happier, real happiness comes from inside change. And of course, an excellent way to change your inside is to get to know God.
